We appreciate our Guests' current uncertainties while trying to make plans for vacations amongst Covid-19. Trident Properties has been and plans to continue being committed to doing what is best for our Guests. Full refunds will be offered for cancellations made 30 days prior to arrival.  Past the 30 days refunds will only be given if the beaches get closed or there is a rental ban in place in FL for the dates that you are supposed to be here.

  Please note all cancellations will incur a 3% processing fee.
